Gwent’s first enlargement is cursed by a vampire

The world of The Witcher is already expansive, however the world of The Witcher‘s collectible card sport is about to develop considerably. 5 (or so) months after Gwent formally launched, it is getting its first enlargement.

Crimson Curse entails the vampire Dettlaff van der Eretein as he turns the moon blood pink and summons his kin. In doing so, new beasts are awoken and new threats come to mild. If van der Eretein sounds acquainted, it is as a result of this is not his first rodeo. This increased vampire was the nemesis in The Witcher 3‘s Blood and Wine add-on.

This enlargement introduces 100 new playing cards to Gwent. There are 31 impartial playing cards and 14 playing cards for every faction. It will take a toll on the entire sport, as developer CD Projekt Crimson says nobody is secure from the curse; present playing cards should thrust back van der Eretein’s curse too.

Gwent: Crimson Curse releases on March 28, 2019 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
